Stunning capture! You certainly managed to capture a beautiful moment.
I'll break this right into pros and cons.

PROS:
-Action is captured on the flower.
-Water droplets are clear, subject is in focus.
-Water droplets in the background have motion blur, which focuses on the subject.
-Pretty good composition! This would look pretty nice in a frame. Maybe a slight crop to shift the flower to the side, but no complaints here!!

CONS:
-Colour. The white balance is way off. You lose a lot of the beautiful reds and greens in the flower petals and leaves in the background. You could have warmed it up without sacrificing blues in the water droplets.
-Could use a little bit of sharpening.
-The black point is off, making the photo look really foggy and uncontrasty, you can correct this with the levels tool pretty easily!

A little bit of different processing and this picture could make you some money <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt=":D" title=":D (Big Grin)"/>
