Professor Padriac Ratigan is the main antagonist on Disney's The Great Mouse Detective.
His goal is to overthrow Queen Moustoria and become the supreme ruler of all Mousedom. However, Basil and him challenged each other on The Big Ben while Basil just took his claw attacks and fell to his death when The Big Ben rung its bell really loud.
And he is voiced by Vincent Price.
